# Dev Equity Program

A new token Mu Work $MUWO that will be created and minted to Mu Developers for hours logged developing the Mu Ecosystem. 

$MUWO will be paried with $MUO where developers can exchange their $MUWO for $MUO to get compensated for hours logged. 

This will not be a liquidity pool, but an exchange at a flat rate of 10 $MUWO for 1 $MUO.
